Black Eagles Nurtures Youth Through Wellness, Education, and Social Awareness

The club undertook a holistic approach in the development of its young players through an initiative that goes beyond the football field. Today, the academy players embarked on a refreshing hiking experience at the Bat Caves in Nahoon, promoting wellness, teamwork, and discipline. Following the trail, the boys convened at Comfort Home Guest House in Amalinda for an interactive and educational awareness session focusing on gender-based violence (GBV) and substance abuse. The session was facilitated by representatives from the Department of Social Development, Masimanyane Women’s Rights International, and South African National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence(SANCA), who shared valuable insights and engaged the young players in a meaningful and interactive dialogue.
